The ZSIC General Insurance management team led by Managing Director Trevor Jengajenga paid a courtesy visit to the Mufulira Municipal Council.
The team met with the Council Director – Legal, Ms. Deidre Nampungwe Chisenga, as part of ongoing stakeholder engagement efforts in the district.
During the meeting, Ms. Chisenga acknowledged the good business relationship between the Council and ZSIC General Insurance, noting that the local area office has been managing the Council’s insurance interests effectively.
She further indicated that there is room to grow the partnership as the Council continues to implement development programmes.
ZSIC GI MD expressed satisfaction with the performance of the Mufulira Area Office, particularly in the handling of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) insured projects.
He noted that the CDF presents additional opportunities for business growth and reaffirmed the Company’s readiness to support the Council’s expanding development initiatives.
He noted ZSIC General Insurance' commitment to strengthening partnerships with local authorities and other key stakeholders, in line with its mandate to provide reliable insurance solutions that support national development.
