ZSIC General Strengthens Service Excellence and Community Partnerships
ZSIC General Insurance has reaffirmed its commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong community ties across Zambia.
Managing Director Mr. Trevor Jengajenga emphasized that the Corporation is implementing deliberate measures to standardize and enhance customer experience throughout its branch network.
He noted that structured customer service training for all staff is central to ensuring consistency in service delivery, strengthening client confidence, and reinforcing ZSIC General’s reputation as a trusted insurance provider.
During a courtesy call on Provincial Health Director Dr. Matthews Ng’ambi in Chipata, Mr. Jengajenga reaffirmed the Corporation’s support for cultural preservation, highlighting its continued sponsorship of traditional ceremonies such as the Ncwala.
Dr. Ng’ambi welcomed the delegation and expressed appreciation for the company’s ongoing support to the health sector and local communities.
The Managing Director and his team also visited the Immigration Department Zambia, where they met with Regional Director Steward Chiyayeka and Deputy Lloyd Mudenda. Mr. Jengajenga expressed gratitude for the department’s continued business support, underscoring the importance of strong institutional relationships in driving mutual growth.
